Epidemiology and biostatistics topics are continued to be taught during semester 3 and 4 in year 2. The topics include epidemiological study designs, disease surveillance, outbreak and outbreak control together with epidemiology and prevention of specific diseases and health conditions e.g. tuberculosis, vector-borne disease etc. 



Hypothesis testing and common probabilistic statistical analysis are also taught to year 2 students. Practical sessions in computer room using SPSS software are also carried out.
