Population Health Posting

​

​​This component enables the student to identify the health problems and needs of the population under study, in the context of their families and communities and thus gain understanding of the range of environmental factors that affect the health of the Malaysian population.  They will conduct an intervention program on a topic of their choice depending on the health problem in the venue that they are posted to.

​This Population Health posting helps the student to “put into practice” community research and health promotion as well as other public health aspects that they have learned thus far in the faculty.

The Year 4 students reside at Selayang Campus Residential College.
